There is a new team in town! Let's all welcome the new
Swamis of North Park crew! From the second I walked in the door the manager
Donnette Corona delightfully greeted me. Many of us who have frequented the
other Swamis locations know Donnette to be the fun loving, energized powerhouse
of Swamis. She aims to please her customers and typically knows most of them on
a first name basis, which makes dining there so much more enjoyable. She walked
me through the menu and helped me decide on something new to try. I am partial
to the Cali Scramble, but this time I chose the steak eggs benedict. With
twelve different eggs benedict variations it was a difficult choice however it
was delicious.
They have a lot of new specialty dishes on the menu, which I
saw come out of the state of the art kitchen and everything looked amazing. The
design of the restaurant is very trendy and welcoming. There is a great patio
area, a huge indoor dining area and an upstairs section, which will be open, a
little further down the road when their beer and wine license comes in.
Stop in, meet the staff and enjoy a fabulous breakfast or
lunch you won’t be disappointed!
